Cooper Tire at Geist response to Mr. Sanders post. We are sorry that we were unable to resolve Mr. Sanders issue. Mr Sanders has a company that sells high end used cars and he had been a customer for a relatively long period of time. We did attempt to resolve the issue by taking the car to the same dealership that Mr. Sanders is referring to in order to ascertain what caused this problem that Mr. Sanders stated. I took my Subaru to Cooper Tire to get a new turbo installed. The mechanic broke the new oil line parts that were supposed to be installed. Needless to say they didn't even tell me this (we found the brand new but broken parts laying on the ground next to the car). Things got much worse. The turbo was incorrectly installed (Tom Wood Subaru later inspected the car and Stoker, the service advisor, told me the intake was not cleared of debris and the engine was not flushed properly).
