they put an aluminum roof on my house but didn't do a very good job on a flat portion that they used a synthetic product for. and it bubbled up and began peeling off. they also did not replace the vent boots which should be part of the job. And when I asked for them to fix it under the five-year warranty, they refused, even though their representative that that works for them came out and told me it obviously was applied incorrectly and he tried to get them to replace it, but management refused. Great Experience with this company! Great communication and timely execution. I highly recommend them. Ashley Oosterman was great with communication, important because I could not be at the work location at the time the roof was being done.
