If you want a lawyer that goes completely radio silent for months, doesn’t responde to any emails, phone calls or texts than Neal is your guy. The only way i’ve been able to get a hold of him is by physically showing up to his office and he’ll still have the audacity to ask you to make an appointment which is difficult if no one ever responds when attempting to contact them. save yourself the headache and find a true professional
