Very professional. I received a reminder the day before the service, came on time the day of. Gave me a written report of what they did and even removed another yellow jacket nest in a completely different location that they found. The pricing was very fair. I would definitely use them again.
We have been using Neal Pest Control for a few years, and we are very happy with their service. Every person who has come to the house or that I've talked to on the phone has been friendly and professional. The one time I had a problem with pests in between visits, they came ASAP and treated the issue without a charge. Great local & small business!
Prompt and professional, Tim arrived on time at 7am to help with a couple of wasp nests near our front door. He took care of the nests quickly and was very friendly and professional. Also the woman in the office I spoke with when I called was very friendly and helpful (sorry I don’t remember your name!) We’ve used Neal Pest Control a few times now and will use them again. Highly recommend this company!
