This is the worst and poorly managed apartment me and my family have lived here for years never gave Neal any issues we have had on going repairs that have yet to be repaired today I got a a taped noticed that he wants to end my lease after six years do to “repairs” he charges everyone different prices if you are a single female he may give you a sweet deal just so he has a little eye candy to look at
I referred my kids to Manning Co Realtors and they did an awesome job from start to finish! Melissa was very attentive to their needs and when my daughter flew in from Seattle to look at houses, Melissa had everything lined up and ready to go! They get the keys to their house today! A very quick and efficient experience! Great job team Manning!!! I would use Melissa to buy my next home!
