I was pleased with my recent appointment and it was the last appointment on a Fridy afternoon. I was treated with professional respect and care. Patricia was an excellent technician. I never felt rushed or that anyone was in a hurry to leave the office. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was professional throughout my appointment. I would recommend Eastside Eye to any and all looking for great care. Thanks for making me feel important and valued as a patient.
I am exceptionally pleased with how kind and polite everone at Dr. Krasnick's office is. I get very nervous and everyone is very helpful. Dr. Krasnick is very good. I've been a patient for over 20 years and have always been very happy with his care and follow up. My cataract surgery had a perfect outcome with no complications. Sometimes there is a wait in the office because of the dilation process. But that is part of any eye exam. I have referred many to Dr. Krasnick.
I have been a patient of Krasnick for over 20 years! I had great difficulty with extreme nearsighted vision. He performed lasic surgery several years ago and has continued to monitor my eye health with great care and expertise. He makes sure that necessary testing is completed to affirm or rule out conditions of which I might be symptomatic. He takes the time needed to explain test results and recommendations. To me he is the best in his field and I feel confident in his care!
I recently had cataracts removed and lens implants to fix my vision problems. The entire process was a very good experience and the results amazing! Dr. Krasnick and his staff exceeded all of my expectations and showed themselves to be top notch professionals. I would highly recommend Eastside Eye Physicians to anyone wanting the very best in eye care, carried out by courteous and knowledgeable professionals. Dr. Krasnick and staff THANK YOU, you folks are the best.
The past 2 visits for my dad at this office were absolutely ridiculous. The first time my daughter took him, the wait was just over 3 hours. The second time, when I took him, we waited for over 4 hours. The young lady (technician) did the exam, without doing a peripheral vision test at all, and then we waited for 35 minutes for the Dr. to come in, say "everything looks fine" and walk out. We will NEVER go back for any reason. The last appointment was one year ago.
Dr. Krasnick is a doctor who has been seeing me for approximately 5 years. At each appointment I was left with the feeling that my exam was completely thorough and that Dr. Krasnick is very experienced in his profession. Dr. Krasnick recently performed cataract surgeries on both of my eyes and the surgery went as was expected. It was a resounding success !!! His operating room staff made me feel safe and comforted my anxious mind and it was a good surgery. I highly recommend this doctor!!!
Doctor is very charming and attentive. However,I was very disappointed in the outcome of my visits. He did not appear to have much knowledge about using prism and the result was a double vision that did not exist in my current glasses. In addition, after wearing the glasses for over a month, they felt too strong and seemed to make my eyes ache after using them for several hours on the computer. My new $300. glasses can be used as a spare.
