My experience with Dr. Neal and his assistant Amy was great. The whole experience was wonderful from the first consultation to the extraction its self. I have allergies/sensitivities they very patiently worked with me to have the best results, and graciously accommodated my anxiety needs. Dr. Neal is skilled and efficient, and Amy is the epitome of caring. They make a great team. I have to mention the front desk staff also. They were very helpful and kind, returning phone calls and passing on messages when needed.
I visited Dr. Neal to get a consultation, which I presumed was free. I was never told about any fees or payments that needed to be made, as ive never, for any service, paid for a consultation. The staff were polite, and the doc that saw me seemed helpful enough, but fast forward 6 months and now I'm told I have an account in collection for about $130, for a fee from the consultation.
