To Neal Harris Heating, AC and Plumbing--I'm advising people NOT to use your services. We bought a complete Heating and AC system from you through Costco and all we've had is trouble, techs who couldn't fix anything, and, of course, heating and cooling that only worked for more than a month or sometimes a couple of weeks at a time. scheduled appointment for service on my ac, called to confirm appointment time only to be told I would have to reschedule due to others not having ac, after explaining I have not had ac for 2 weeks was promptly removed from my 10 o'clock appointment time to 6 oclock. tech arrived without notice, my house was a sweltering 94 degrees inside, tech was unable to find or fix the problem. after spending several thousand dollars for new ac furnace and tankless water heater I will not spend any more money on Neal Harris. Every time a technician comes out to service our furnace, he is friendly and informative. We had to have the furnace fixed again tonight, on short notice, and the young man who came out was very nice, explained the issues concisely, and appeared to be very comfortable and knowledgeable.
