Dr Foley as a surgeon is very humble experience Top Notch bedside Manor with patients his Communications is good and is to the point I could not have a better heart surgeon and doctor if I chose one myself. Trinity Mother Frances shows the top notch doctor when they hired Dr Foley.. he is a dedicated professional. I thank the Lord everyday because I feel he saved my life.
