Great place, staff very nice. Only reason my review is not 5 stars is due to the lack of parking lot upkeep. Snow is not plowed very well. Considering the clientele is primarily older adults (some with disabilities), this is a disservice to members. It seems members' safety is not a priority.

THIS FACILITY GETS A 6 STAR REVIEW yet I am giving my review based on this one particular employee who from the time I joined three years ago This one particular worker has the worst customer service towards me. I watched her interact and assist with workouts an treat them with respect but not me.
