I’d like to share my recent experience. My wife and I listed our property for sale in Orlando, and to our surprise, it sold in just three days! Upset! My neighbors and I have termites. It took 4 phone calls and 3 weeks for them to finally come out and do something. They got better but they’re not gone. I called 6 days ago and they said they’d talk to the exterminator and get back to me. Surprise surprise I haven’t heard a word. I guess I have to call 3 more times to get someone to finally come out once again. Meanwhile I find them crawling in my bed too. Very frustrated!
