Dr. Lumapas and Ms. Vivianne are outstanding health providers. They take the time to listen to patients' concerns and offer the most accurate professional advice. I have been a patient for years and hope to continue receiving care from them. The office staff is very friendly and patient when scheduling appointments or reviewing insurance coverage. Always wait over a hour for 3 minutes of his time. Years ago he was pretty good . I see that he schedules several patients for the same time.
I went to see the Dr concerning a sinus problem that was so bad I had to go to the urgent care center. I needed a referral from Dr Lumapas for an ENT which he refused to give saying I only had allergies. He did not even look at my nose when he made his diagnosis. I changed doctors got the referral and had major sinus surgery for numerous polyps, turbinate reduction and fungus. So much for allergies...
