Hi. I am Alice Toreson's daughter and care taker since she is 99 and hard of hearing. Dr. Vargas was extremely pleasant and made the test for carpal tunnel as comfortable as he could and counted 3 showing fingers so she would know when it would shock. She told me she really liked him. He explained the test to me and I explained it to my mom. We would highly recommend him.
