THEY PUT ON THE RATE CONFRIMATION 11 TO 3 PM AND DRIVER HAS A INSIDENT BUT HE STAY THERE AT 2 PM AND THEY DONT LOAD THE TRUCK AND DONT PAY TRUCK NO USE. THIS BROKERS LIE ON THE RATE CONFRIMATION.
