If I could give no stars I would have. I was a little over a month past due. I called to pay my bill around the end of the second month and found out they had auctioned off all my things. I had everything I ever owned in that storage and they auctioned it for a 300. Dollar bill I owed I even called them and let them know my situation and he said it would be ok. I have been with Load n Lock a few years now and it has been very easy going. When I did miss a payment it was dealt with empathetically. I appreciate how smooth the process was to get my unit in the first place; all done electronically on my schedule. When I needed to upgrade my unit in a pinch, it was dealt with promptly and just as easily. I have an indoor unit, it is clean and there is a soda machine, as well as trolleys to help with loading. I think my unit is reasonably priced and would recommend to family.

Very prompt service. And an amazing facility...exceptionally clean, well-lit, and an abundance of cameras. Great price, too!! Have already recommended to friends.
