I visited Dr. Umoh for severe hemorrhoid issues. I didn't have a scheduled appointment, but the receptionist was very attentive and recognized that I was in significant pain and discomfort . I was accommodated the same day. Dr. Umoh evaluated my condition promptly and I was scheduled for surgery immediately. Throughout both the pre operative and post operative process, Dr. Umoh made sure I was well informed and addressed all of my concerns. I was well taken care of by Dr. Umoh and I highly recommend Dr. Umoh.
I was diagnosed with pilonidal disease and underwent a pilonidal bascom cleft lift with Dr. Umoh. So far, my experience has been great. I came in very nervous and anxious, with two full pages of questions, and every single one was answered thoroughly and patiently by Dr. Umoh. I never once felt rushed or dismissed. Dr.Umoh and his team have been by far the best during this process. I had 2 fistula tracks feeding a boil next to my ano. I’m currently 4 months post op and feeling great. Thanks to Dr Umoh and his staff for all the hard work and actually answering my calls not an automatic voice mail like most surgeons! This has been a tough challenge for me because never had anything like this happen to me ever but it’s over now and I just want to say thank you very much doctor and nurses!!!
Dr. Umoh was very thorough, explained everything in an easy to understand way. He answered all our questions and concerns and was very encouraging throughout the process.
