We took my son who had a 100+ fever for three days to the ER on a Sunday night and they where really quick about get him in and out. And they were really nice. The swabs they took were back in a hour and they told me what was wrong. Gave me his prescriptions and we were in and out in two hours. Quickest ER visit I have ever had. I’d go back. They were on it and I could see how serious the doctor took his job
Their phone service sucks cuz you can't get a hold of the ER whenever your loved one is in there the phone service don't even work because it keeps on repeating the same thing over and over
This place is a joke. If you dont have insurance dont go. They just put you in a room and leave you. Dont run labs or blood work just a strep test and send you on your way. The rooms were not clean, the nurse came in the room wrapped in a blanket but didnt offer one to their patient. The doctor was yawning the whole 5 minutes he was in my room and I could hear the nurses talk about everyone's diagnosis/symptoms including mine from the nurses station. The room was absolutely DISGUSTING. The ER doctor was very dismissive to my husband. I wouldn’t go back to this ER if I was dying and it was the last one on the Earth. They do not clean the ER. If they do, someone needs fired.
January 3rd, 2025 I went here for pelvic pain and bleeding in my pregnancy. I was brushed off and asked if this was my “first pregnancy” over and over. As if I didn’t know pregnancy symptoms. I never experience the symptoms I had constant bleeding and pain daily with my first pregnancy. I told them my last period was November 12th and my positive pregnancy test was December 23rd They were also packed that day and were rushing me.
