Brought my son in after a sxs accident.. suspected broken arm. Wait time was short, less than 15 minutes. Staff up front, nurses, and Dr Henry was amazing and thorough.

We took my 3 year old to Urgent Care plus for concerning symptoms including dizziness, headache, fever, and a heart rate of 150. They attempted to give him medication but as expected he didn’t take well to it. After multiple attempts to get him to take his medicine, they said he needed an IV. With no sympathy and such carelessness, they attempted to start an IV twice. My kid was sobbing and screaming and not one time did any of them attempt to calm him down or distract him. Prescription wasn't called in until the next day. No one answers the phone and could not get in touch with anyone from the clinic. but feeling better. 2.5 stars

I recently took my granddaughter and grandson to visited Dr. Kara Cooper, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed during the appointment. The doctor seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to thoroughly evaluate their symptoms. Instead of discussing potential diagnoses which appeared to be MRSA ( since my granddaughter had previously four times and a carrier ) ..Both were prescribed only topical antibiotic..
