I was have surgery at 7 I need yo be here at 5 me And my amazing doctor where (Dr. Right ) put the hospital charge our time to 1:00 done that here.. When I came to register they took 3 hours not good service at all.
NE BHS seems understaffed. But I applaud the Nursing staff. Spouses should be allowed to stay together. Especially when the circumstances call for assistance from a family member. From a neurological stand point. Almost 9 hours before a room came avail. went to get my wife's belongings, when I returned. I was told visiting ours were over. So couldn't see or comfort my semi conscious, partially paralyzed wife. BHS may need new leadership if this becomes the new norm.
Very slow, service. Waited 4 hours and finally just left without seeing any ty of medical services. Believe me.
