My children see Dr. Melanie at the Marysville location and I think she’s wonderful! We’ve been seeing her for the past year, she’s very respectful of parents choice and listens to my concerns. Never rushes us in and out. Very grateful for her.
In the last 4 years I have brought my son to the Marysville location & never had any issues with the staff nor our insurances at all until today. This situation has been stressful & the staff has been very difficult to deal with as well.

He miss diagnosed my son when he was only 3days old and was giving him adult doses of medicine that he didn't even need. Very stressful time in our lives and im glad someone else noticed his mistake and corrected it. Seemed like a very distracted dr. And even took a phone call in the middle of our appt. And no,it wasn't an emergency. I can only hope that he has learned from his mistakes and is trying to be a better more engaged dr. With the patients.
I love this doctor. I've been bringing my kids to him since 2005! He's very dedicated to his patients. He listens and runs tests to make sure he properly diagnoses his patients. My kids love him. He even saw my son on his day off for an emergency in office because he was there picking up paperwork. The office was closed, and he was in his PJs, but he still made time to see my son.
