Let me just share some things with you before you decide to rent from this company that has had to change their company name in the last few years.ive been a tenant for the last 10 years and in this time frame they only like you if your paying your rent on time and forget about repairs they send these moonlight companies to do the repairs and bill the property owner 30% above their cost and the repairs are below anyone's standards.I've given them a 2 month notice that we are leaving after 10 years and today they called and ... read more

This company is a fraud and they will do everything they can to take your money. I would stay away from them because they will find every reason to take/ keep your security deposit when the lease term is over. I was supposed to get a refund back from my security deposit but management made up fraudulent charges to not refund me my money. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience while being a tenant for this company. When I was looking for my apartment, my credit was not so good. This company worked with me and found me the perfect location. My move in and out was a breeze. Any maintenance issue I had was remedied promptly and the staff stayed professional. I would recommend leasing with them. They're truly awesome.
All the 1 star reviews are true! This company is a horrible company and they will take your money and make you pay more! They somehow charged me $1,000 to paint prime that was on the wall for minor markings. I will be seeing $0 from my deposit back. They are a scam. Make sure you record and take pictures of everything you do with them IF you decide to lease with them. I recommend NOT leasing with these people.
