I rarely leave reviews especially negative ones because I am also a small business owner. I am writing this to warn other landlords. 1. Some staff including Phong, Monika and Ivanna were hardworking and professional. Unfortunately the leadership was deeply problematic. 2. The owner Amy verbally represented that management fees would be 7 percent for multiple properties yet 8 percent was charged. The accounting ledgers were extremely messy and disorganized.
