This company is a fraud and they will do everything they can to take your money. I would stay away from them because they will find every reason to take/ keep your security deposit when the lease term is over. I was supposed to get a refund back from my security deposit but management made up fraudulent charges to not refund me my money. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience while being a tenant for this company. When I was looking for my apartment, my credit was not so good. This company worked with me and found me the perfect location. My move in and out was a breeze. Any maintenance issue I had was remedied promptly and the staff stayed professional. I would recommend leasing with them. They're truly awesome.
All the 1 star reviews are true! This company is a horrible company and they will take your money and make you pay more! They somehow charged me $1,000 to paint prime that was on the wall for minor markings. I will be seeing $0 from my deposit back. They are a scam. Make sure you record and take pictures of everything you do with them IF you decide to lease with them. I recommend NOT leasing with these people. They do not care about their tenants, will not handle repair, and will tell you if you're not happy move... This is after you sign the lease a course. Before you sign the lease they tell you that everything will be handled professionally... I'm here to tell you that is not the case; nothing is handled professionally.
