9-13-2022 Well after going to him 8 years, on May 17 had to go in 6 weeks early for a appt. because he decide to go home to visit Nigeria/another patient in his office that day said he was building a hospital back home. So Medical state board came in & shut his office down I heard this med. refill was cut off first of Aug. so I barely got my last script on July 29th, as of March 10, 2022 he had been subpoena to court in OKC & was put on probation for 5 years & fined $20,000 with a year to pay it, also if you type his name in... read more
