Parkview Knolls Apt in Carmichaels Pa. Is the worse place i have ever lived in my entire life...do NOT move into these apt. Go to any other apt. You most deff will regret it big time if you move into this apt..
Very unprofessional management company. I tried to contact them any have yet to hear any response.
I lived HERE FOR YEARS AND HAVE HAD POWER TO HALF MY HOUSE FOR ALL THOES YEARS! GO ELSE WHERE! Manager is a JOKE!!!
Can't wait until all the construction is done. All of the upgrades are very nice. It's a great place to live as long as you stay to yourself and away from the drama queens. The manager Rhonda is very nice but needs to be stricter on enforcing the rules. The buildings are well maintained by our maintenance men and are very clean.
It could have been better. I do not Live here but at the moment I am here to visit my 2 nieces . A 12 year old girl needs to get her act together as well. Kendra Rockovich is sending Terroristic Treats toward me she lives in the town house "505" That girl tends to have a lot of problems going on with drama that she has caused .
