They supposedly manage Arcadia Landings in Arcadia Florida but no one answers calls ...voicemails stay full and texts hardly gets returned ever. Is this a fake company? Should i call the news? This is insane!
They seem to be professionals at making it their dirty business to willfully disregard doing what is right in being humane or to lawful follow local , state and federal fair housing laws , anti discrimination and other legal protections . They appear to be enabled and / or in cahoots by THE CITY OF SARASOTA and Sarasota Housing Authority to illegally retaliate against any tenant that officially challenges their obvious corruption. Shame shame SHAME!
NDC Asset Management apparently doesn't like to pay the bills to vendors who do work at their apartment buildings. Have been trying for months, no one returns phone calls or emails and office people in the apartment say they submit the bill to accounting but then we have to wait to see when/if they will pay, Not ok
