Edit: Someone called me within the hour after I canceled the appointment. Debbie answered my questions and the appointment was restored, as is my faith in the process. I have questions about an upcoming appointment. No one answers the phone. The voicemail system only lists the extension, not a name, so you don't even know if you are leaving a message for the right person/department. I left a message anyway yesterday.
