I had a good experience with Sentara Walk in care on Kempsville Rd, Norfolk. I scheduled my appointment online and had a short wait after arriving. The staff were very friendly and professional. The NP reviewed my test results and explained them in detail. I was satisfied with the outcome and the treatment she prescribed.
Nurse Practitioner Kate Richard is very compassionate and knowledgeable making sure the patient’s concerns are addressed and any testing needed is done. NDC’s Urgent Care is exceptional from check in to check out.
