They called me on Monday to get an appointment set up and get my insurance information. The time for my Friday morning appointment comes and I never receive a link to get in to telehealth. I call, as I was told to do if I was having trouble getting in to the appointment, and no one answers, so I leave a voicemail. I receive an email hours after my scheduled appointment time stating that they don't take my insurance. I don't understand why I wasn't notified of this sooner, as they had 4 days to let me know. Edit: In the past year or so Teresa has become consistently highly responsive. I no longer worry that requests for refills of medication due to be filled in a day or two might go unresponded to for 5+ days on occasion. This responsiveness is maintained even when some drawn out game of telephone needs to be played, such as when a medication of ones typical formulation and dose is out of stock and an alternative needs to be prescribed in order to meet patient needs. I have been a patient for bout 2 years now. I'm so grateful for being matched to the right person for my mental health needs. Nicole is awesome. She's very professional yet friendly & HUMAN. She doesn't make me feel like a piece of paper like some previous therapists & psychiatrists I've seen on base. Nicole’s care has made an immense difference in my quality of life & motivation to continue on my healing journey. Avoid the company at all costs and that includes smaller business's. If they know the law then they know they should've done more. indeed interior community health center is connected to them, an no matter how many games foundation health partners wants to create I'll stand by my fellow citizens before you
Never go here. Extremely unprofessional refuse to do the job they are literally there to do. The front desk staff didn’t even wear shoes. The nurse said she wasn’t going to read the chart to see what was needed and not needed. She accused me of wanting pills. If she read my chart she would have seen I request nothing habit forming.
