Absolutely terrible Customer service gentleman at the front asked me what I need i state sport cut nails and he automatically says im busy im busy i then say well when will u be free he says come back at 3pm mind u its 12.32pm rn only 2 people in entire salon im a mother of 2 and can not come back at that time so thanks for saving my money and the 40 dollar tip I had. Will never go in there again ever I will definitely go to Kathy Nails
Honestly my mother had a long day and coming here just made it all worse I mean they a somewhat good but yet somehow mess her nails up so much had her walk out with nail polish all over her fingers
It’s a damn shame that I had to give 1 star because they don’t deserve one. I went there today. I was having a terrible day so I decided to go get my nails done hopefully it would cheer me up but nope not at all actually it made more angry first off I wanted what’s in the first picture but instead I got the second picture. If u look at my thumb the acrylic is all over my fingers. I asked for coffin nails but definitely didn’t get that. She took over 2 hours to do a shitty job.I have nail Polish all over my hands.
