We just had a roof replaced with ND Construction. When you contact them you will be working directly with the owner and not a sales rep or middle man. This allows a more competitive price, easily 20-30% less than the companies that advertise non-stop on the radio. At the end of the day what makes for a good quality roof job is only a few things 1. We had a new roof installed yesterday 3-17-25...It looks wonderful..the previous roof was 26yrs old so it was time..The team took care of everything..Edwin beat out 3 other offers this pass Friday and scheduled my roof the following monday.Wow thats how you do it..Great job ND Construction! The crew arrived punctually, commenced work, and completed the project that same day with exceptional efficiency. Their performance was outstanding, and I would gladly recommend their services.
I can only give ND a one star review. When I first called, Ed, was very nice. He said he could come out Thursday and would call back to confirm the time. I never got that call back, just a text message saying “I can be there in 1hr”. No warning, no confirmation. When he was here, he was very nice. He took pictures and explained what he thought was happening with our roof. He said he would send 2 quotes. One for repair and one for replacing the entire roof.
