I have bought about 5 sets of these rings. So far 3 of the 5 sets sets the top screws have pulled through the top half of the ring. Some needs to tell whoever is making these to not drill so deep in the top half ring holes. I use a Wheeler torque driver set to 15 lbs but some would pull through before the torque driver reaches 15 lbs. I have been installing scopes for 50 years and ran a gun shop for nearly 25 years. These rings look great but as is are worthless.
for one they might want to make a red Dot scope that does not turn off every time you shoot it and then give you a BS line of tightening the battery cap to the point it strips and still does the same thing after five times of tidying it tighter and tighter and tighter
Bought a reflex optics three weeks ago. Took it to the range and the selector switch came loose which also holds the battery so the light no longer comes on. To get the warranty replacement I have to pay to ship as well as a $10 handling fee. I have had optics from other brands fail in the past. I had to pay shipping up front, but they paid me back for it and there was no charge to me for them having to handle their failed product. I guess you get what you pay for.
RecommendedBought optics from them. First time out the battery cover got lost. Called and a replacement was sent out right away no questions asked.

great products at a great price point. been using your products for years, on all kinds of fire arms. shotguns to .22 never had a problem.
I have the ado by vism, red dot reflex optic, red dot goes off after every couple of shots. called the customer service, they tell me to send it and they do not give me a case number or something that guarantees that they will receive it.
