first time getting a pedicure and it was not that great from here. overall the staff seemed friendly and polite. i was seated quickly and that’s about where the positive ends. I specifically asked about callous removal before they started. instead i got a below average service and my heels still feel dry and cracked. I would highly recommend going to another place in the area for a more positive experience. sorry for the photo but this is after the pedicure (believe it or not) 😕

Went in on Monday around 11:30ish shop was empty, right away 2 ladies speaking at me at the same for what I want. I said I wanted French tip with a pink base. I go to the chair & FYI they need to update their chairs as well. Careful when you LEAN forward because those chairs are not stable. I witnessed another customer about to sit in her chair and it also leaned forward. Best of the best. I’ve been coming here for two years and have had amazing results every time. Ben, Natalie, John and Linda are all amazing, as are the rest of the staff. My favorite spot in all of North County- great hospitality, prices you can’t beat and amazing skill. Love NC nails!!!
