How can start Ashley at NCS properties is amazing 🤩 I rented from NCS properties 3yrs ago and im going to rent from them again now in 2026 NCS always came out to fix any issues amazing staff and they will work with you I truly appreciate them for always being there for me and my children .
They DELETE reviews. Also, communication was terrible. There were multiple things wrong with the house, and I have a newborn, including the first 2 weeks. No hot water or heat. Once I complained, they kept pushing the days back until I called the city. Anything else I complained about, they ignored me and ended up selling the apartment instead of fixing my issues.
They can do better on communication when in application process.
