Working with this dealer... I found a truck I liked from this dealer. I live several states away from the dealership. They worked hard at answering my questions, sending extra pictures, etc. Unfortunately I had to pull out of the deal, not because of them but my circumstance changed. When I informed them they were very understanding. It was pleasure to work with this dealer.
Came through with flying colors In October 2014 I bought a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica from NCS Auto Sales. When I originally bought the car I was told it needed struts and a torque mount. After a test drive I was very interested in purchasing the Pacifica,after returning from the test drive I was told by Ken the salesman that the owner Nate would replace the struts and torque mount for no additional charge if I bought the car.
