Working with NCRC has been a true gift to our team. The staff is easy to work with and are true professionals who lead effective courses. Not only will the course help them at work, better communication skills will deepen all of their relationships.
Office management is unresponsive and pushes you to agree to a mediation even when you say no. They will harass you to say yes to a mediation. Inappropriate and unprofessional.
