Absolutely the worst customer service in the industry. Support that you pay for takes an unreasonable amount of time (1-2 hours, often overnight), completely unacceptable in the food service industry.

I bought new hardware and software in September . I have had a ton of issues. My customer rewards program prints gift certificates vouchers for customers when they have not reached their rewards points. I have called at least 35 times. No one is able to help. Speaking to the people over seas when you call the help desk is terrible. They do not understand what I am saying and I am constantly repeating myself. I am pissed and my hands are tied . Can's stand working with this company. They make NO attempt to satisfy the customer. Had problems on July 3rd and still have problems. They just don't care at all about the end user. Download a new program into our computer but make NO attempt to show anyone how to use it. Just keep jamming new stuff down the customers thoughts weather they need it or not. When they complain....Just ignore them. Will NOT be using them once this contract comes due. This company just does not care about what the user wants. They have an agenda
