The staff were very friendly and helpful, ensuring that I purchased the correct products for my bathroom and laundry renovation. They are well stocked and had what I needed available on the day. The Caloundra showroom is lovely with plenty of products on display.
Had 2 things to get done via NCP Caloundra, one was to buy a new kitchen sink tap and the other to enquire about some small flaws in some bathroom basins. We found a kitchen sink and it wasn't in stock, paid a deposit and was told they would advise and soon as it was in and guess what, it arrived quickly and we were rung to advise it could be picked up, exactly as they had promised.
