The whole process was made easy, great customer service from Mick at the Nambour store. His knowledge and understanding of products and his Reno tips made my decisions informed and easy. Delivery was arranged for a specific day, arriving first thing. Definitely recommend and would use again.
Mick has been fantastic from start to finish of our purchase. He has gone out of his way in delivering our purchase to our cabinet makers. Well done NCP for hiring such a valuable member. We will definitely use NCP again.
The service, quality and staff professionalism is second to none!! The manager, Mick Holt, runs a wonderful workplace. When my elderly parents needed a new hot water system. He had it delivered and installed within 2 hours.
If you want something done right do it yourself. Worst possible customer service.
