Steve is reasonable and very friendly, as long as you follow the policies and rules of his leases. Not a slumlord.
The man who owns the company is really nice. The people in the office period are great. If there is a problem they are on it. The only problem I have with this company is they only have 1 way to pay rent. We live on a digital society. You can't pay rent by phone, online, nor check, you don't even have an option to download an app and do it via that. You have to get a money order and either mail it or go all the way to the office. I feel that to be somewhat inconvenient for many reasons. Especially today.
