Je ne peux que témoigner d'une expérience extrêmement professionnelle dans un environnement très organisé et vraiment propre. Je sais que je m'y suis présenté à une période de l'année moins achalandée. Néanmoins, l'accueil a été vraiment convivial et rassurant; le fax de ma compagnie d'assurance avait bien été reçu et je n'ai eu besoin de justifier quoi que ce soit. La prise en charge par l'infirmière a été chaleureux et on m'a très bien informé. En moins d'une heure, le médecin m'avait vu et traité. Merci beaucoup!

I had a severe lower leg wound and went to NCH Urgent Care. Immediately I was attended to by Dr. Richey-Klien. She did a very comprehensive cleaning of the wound. She was so kind and professional. I had to return the next day for more dressing and again, received exceptional care from Dr. Richey-Klien and the staff. Both Ed and Renee, the RN's, were so supportive. I needed to get stitches in my eyebrow area, and went to this urgent care facility. It was crowded, but they saw me in about and hour, and they stitched me up. The PA was very nice and professional, I got a printout of care and next steps, etc. I would highly recommend this facility.
This place is a SCAM and an utter rip off. They call themselves an “Urgent Care” facility but don’t think you are going to be billed the typical reasonable urgent care prices. They will gouge you!! My husband had an allergy rash on his arm and went to NCH Urgent Care in Marco Island to get some cream to help with the rash. They billed him over $800 for the visit!!
