Terrible scheduling. Rude people. Nice lab and doctors if you can get past the very difficult schedulers. They don't listen and make me want to find a different doctor. Only scheduling problem, not doctor. Very, very rude and loud. When I'm done with this doctor I'll stop going to this facility so I don't have to deal with the insane schedulers.
I came in for immediate care and everyone from checkin, PA, doctor, xray tech were very nice. I was in and out within an hour, with the xray and results. I liked Dr. Jamie A. She's caring, listened, gave her good plan and medications that worked. I'm writing this a day later. My temp was normal this morning (I've been sick since Thursday of last week). Whenever I am unwell, I request to see Dr. Sato; however, due to her limited availability, I am usually scheduled with another provider, which I understand and accept.
