Clinical documentation was very poor, puts patients at risk in my opinion. Friendly safety advice. Request medical records and have reviewed to check when cardiac testing interpretation and reports completed and if there is evidence cardiac tests that cardiology notes claim to have reviewed actually were. Dr Paz Rios is the only cardiologist I will ever see. He is great.
Excellent experience with Dr.CUBEDDU and his staff at NCH. Replaced my aortic valve. I feel better now than I have in years. Home the following day. Didn’t miss a beat. Highly recommend.
