This morning I had an ultrasound performed by Craig Stevens. This was a post surgical visit. Craig is a most professional sonographer. Craig did an exceptional job. Craig initially examined me and immediately noticed a problem. He immediately referred me to a vascular surgeon. A severe carotid artery blockage was revealed by Craig. Craig, the sonographer, was wonderful. I was thoroughly impressed with his expertise in the field. He took time and made me feel comfortable, explaining everything in detail. He was accurate, and it is clear he makes a huge difference in saving lives.

My mother is currently prescribed Coumadin (warfarin) and requires careful monitoring of her INR levels. She does not speak English, which makes clear communication and proper translation extremely important for her safety. During her recent appointment, a new nurse instructed my mother to take 2.5 mg of warfarin. Unfortunately, because the instructions were given in English and without a translator, my mother misunderstood the dosing instructions. I underwent a minimally invasive aortic valve replacement done by Dr Joseph Lamelas. I had an excellent outcome. All the doctors, NPs, therapist , nurses and general staff and volunteers were great. They were all professional courteous patient caring and helpful.. highly recommend this facility and Dr Lamelas. Thankyou for taking good care of me.
