had an appointment to see Victoria Wadsworth-NP this morning and as soon as she walked in she was extremely rude saying that she couldnt see me and that i was inconsiderate for being 5 minutes late yet she talked to me for 20-25 minutes that i must not have any money because i have insurance and not concierge. “im a worker bee” and that i shouldnt live in Naples. He is friendly, knowledgeable, kind, honest, and genuinely smart – qualities you don’t usually find in a doctor. He was very attentive to my needs and is a true gentleman, which is very unusual in these times. He is an excellent person with high ethics and very ethical standards. Nothing like having an Indian phone rep attempting to talk about an appointment but first having to “verify” my info first. Phone call came from Lehigh Acres not Naples. After attempting to determine which appointment he was calling about, he requested for my information first. I am sorry but this call sounded like it was straight from a call center trying to extort funds. Once I refused and hung up I received a text saying the appointment was cancelled (from NCH group).
My 81 year wife needed swift response blood tests as we prepared for wrist surgery. The Eagleview Lab moved schedules, pulling out all stops to accommodate her needs. Sophanie Baptiste and Shannon Boodhwani were the best. These two need to be recognized for going the extra extra mile to help.They are credit to your group.
