My 81 year wife needed swift response blood tests as we prepared for wrist surgery. The Eagleview Lab moved schedules, pulling out all stops to accommodate her needs. Sophanie Baptiste and Shannon Boodhwani were the best. These two need to be recognized for going the extra extra mile to help.They are credit to your group.

This review is in relation to Dr Kinal Suryawala at the NCH Physicians Group Gastroenterology practice at 1285 Creekside Blvd East. What a horrible experience. Consistently 50+ minutes late for each appointment with no apology. When you question this, he just suggests you find another doctor. (Trust me, consider it done!) He didn't even examine me once. I could list a litany of issues during my husband’s 2nd stay, however my warning to you is if you have a neurostimulator battery change, make sure that the recovery room nurses give you your new battery controller. This is our 3rd replacement, and the only time that we did not get the battery controller. I had to contact the manufacturer. We were sent a used piece of equipment, but I’m sure our ins company was charged for a brand new piece of equipment.

This is the third appointment I’ve had at Bonita Springs location and yet again the doctor is more than 1 hr behind. I was here on time (. 15 mins early to fill out forms) and still waiting. The staff is not helpful and when I asked to use rest room to leave a urine sample, I was abruptly told to use waiting room rest room- until another staff came out and help me. Plus, there’s more than 10 people waiting. Not as per Covid recommendations.

I’ve been a customer of NCH physicians group downtown Naples for five years now. There is something drastically wrong with that facility which started, as I recall around January 1 of 2020. It is getting worse by the day. This group of doctors seems not to be able to have a proper telephone answering service functioning any longer.
