I am so upset you let Dr. Silva go!!! And also without notifying ANY of her patients. Dr. Tali moved and Dr. Silva were the only reason I went to NCH.
We’ve had Dr.Silva for over 10 years. She’s an excellent doctor. The office staff have been changed quite a bit and at some points we were disappointed with the staff, but as of recently the office seems to be doing better. The Dr. herself is a 10 out of 10! There are two young lady staff members who work the front desk who also make sure we are seen and heard. Which both my wife and I appreciate.
Our son came 3 weeks early and they were able to take him as a patient. We haven’t had any issues with this practice. Dr. Silva has been awesome with our and son and my wife. She has made sure to make everyone feel comfortable with what is going on and the progress as a boy grows.
Doctors are amazing, but staff is incredibly rude, dress unprofessional, and roll their eyes at you. I'm in healthcare too and would NEVER treat patient or their families in this manner.
Really difficult to find a secretary so rude, I am obviously looking for a new doctor
