Dr. Duchess was kind and competent.
My wife has been trying to speak with the doctor's PA for two weeks after getting an MRI on her knee. For ten years she's had an arthritic knee but as a new patient of Dr. Dounchis, he wanted and new MRI and, miraculously, per the doctor, the knee showed no signs of arthritis somehow. This contradicts all her medical history. She has called repeatedly trying to get clarification and no one who can provide and explanation for this has called her back. Not the best start.
