On January 20, 2026, at 9:16 a.m., I gave birth to my baby. During my labor, there were approximately 11 to 13 individuals present in my room. I was undergoing a natural childbirth without an epidural and was in severe pain. At one point, several students entered the room; however, I was never asked for my consent for their presence. I received excellent care at NCH Hospital in North Naples. From my surgeon to the anesthesiologist, nurses, and the entire medical team, everyone was highly professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring. They made me feel safe and supported every step of the way. Reading negative reviews before a procedure can be frightening, especially when you are a patient with medical concerns waiting for your turn. Operational disaster. I’m not sure how this ER is generate a profit with how dysfunctional it is. Maybe 15 patients in the waiting area to be seen.. took 7 hours to be called back. I get the south is a bit more laid back… but maybe get a pep in your step when it comes to an emergency room. Especially when someone is covered in blood from a trauma incident. Highly highly recommend going elsewhere to be seen in a timely manner…

Deserves Zero Stars!!!! Honestly I don't even know where to begin there's so much stuff that is wrong with this place. They leave patients in bed fot days without fetting them up even if they have an active order from the doctor to be out of bed and seated for lunch and dinner. The rooms are filthy the nurses don't communicate. They're pretty much non-existent except from noon to 5:00 p.m. other than that you're not going to find a nurse to take care of your loved one.
