Great experience with Dr.Valle and his assistant Judith always quick to reply and get back to me via (My chart) and Doctor Valle is very knowledgeable and kind always makes sure to explain everything and discuss different approaches, The same cannot be said about their front desk, they rarely answer and when they do they take a message & say someone will call you back and no one ever does. Sleep study was not done properly by technician, had to do it over again. Waiting for a call back from Judy at this office to verify company for BiPap machine since the first company they suggested would not accept my order by Medicare coverage. Have called this office 10 times over the last 2 weeks. They are not answering or when they do, they take a message or say someone will call you. I was so disappointed in my experience with this practice. The only reason for the 2 stars is because of the lovely nurse who assisted me with oxygen during my visit. My first visit was in early January. I was upset due to the attitude and abrupt manner of Dr Sporn. He was rude and gave me no information regarding my scans. He was with my son and I for 5 minutes. I was scheduled for both lung capacity test and 6 min walk on a date later in January. The respiratory tech was very inadequate in testing my lung capacity. She als... read more

I am not pleased with the length of time spent on the phone, waiting for help. But I do understand the problem of being short staffed. Hopefully their office staff will get help sooner rather than later. Once I do talk with someone, my concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

My PCP wanted me to get a pulmonary exam. These people don't answer the phone or call back. I've left several messages and no response. NCH needs to overhaul this department and fast
