Great services, great staff, very caring and helpful.
These guys will charge for preventative care appointment eventhough they know it is covered by insurance. I had called them at least 6 times and each time they said they will take care of it. Did they? Nope, they sent me to collections...
Friendly staff is the only good thing. But they can’t be trusted. Went in for a routine checkup and walked out with a $90 bill because they added an unnecessary charge. Did everything the same as last year. So I don’t understand why they added the extra charge. Apparently you have to be careful about discussing your long time health or they'll bill you more. Front Desk Staff are incompetent and very rude for no reason when they make mistakes. Don’t go here!
