My father and I were refused care here after waiting seven months for an appointment. A week before our appointment, the office called and rescheduled us an additional two weeks later. During that same phone call they let me know they would not be able to administer the test he needed which was the primary reason for the visit as I had specified during the initial call. We would like to thank Dr Kassam and his crew at NCH. We have been very pleased to meet this team. We came from a 3-hour distance for a second opinion for my treatments on the brain. We had a meeting with 5-6 specialist doctors based upon our MRI and PET scans results. They answered all the questions we had. They proposed a plan what to do, how to do and when to do. On September 8, 2024 my husband and I ended up in the emergency room at NWCH. I did not know it until we got there but my husband and a very serious brain bleed. Dr U Kahn from the neurology group was assigned to us. He is wonderful; explained everything to us and had my husband in surgery very quickly that afternoon. Everything turned out great.
