Excellent care. Dr. Cox’s diagnosis was thorough and her staff coordinated the additional needed services. Staff called with necessary update. Grateful for this facility in our community. Highly recommend.
First-time patient. I had heard great things about Janice as a PCP and was told my first appointment would be in Ave Maria, with future visits in Naples. After waiting two weeks for an appointment, I rearranged my schedule to accommodate the only available time, a 7:30 a.m. appointment. I have had multiple experiences with NCH urgent care. In one instance my son had almost severed the end of his finger off. We came in right before closing and the staff was wonderful. When we followed up with the orthopedic she was very impressed with how it was sutured. I would highly recommend!
