This place really sucks , 2nd time i walked out mid exam . Where do they hire these crackerjack medical license holding idots from ?
Horrible experience. Negligent. Doctor laughed at me when I asked why she walked out on my sick elderly mom to see NONURGENT patients. Abandoned her. Walked out of room with no explanations. I took her elsewhere. Had no choice because I could see my mom was not a priority at this place. My mom ended up going to the ER and being admitted. Money is your priority. Had my blood draw from the happiest and most likeable person that I have met, probably in my life. The place is clean and we'll organized. It was a joy getting my physical exam there.
It is 545pm I came to see if my daughter could see a doctor and was refused service as they close at 6pm. Are they supposed to refuse medical care because they close in 15 minutes 🤔
EVERYONE, from when I called and spoke with Maureen, to getting my vitals, bloodwork and nebulizer done by Shirey to Fran who took my X-ray and the very caring Doctor Perez, they couldn’t have been more caring and more thorough! They actually ran tests to see what was wrong with me, unlike he urgent care I was at FOUR weeks ago with the same issues. I very highly recommend coming here over an ER that you’ll have to wait hours at. This place really cares about people! Thank you to the entire staff
