We have been waiting for the doctor to come in for 30 minutes already. The nurse just let us know it would be another 5 minutes. When we arrived here there wasn’t anyone else waiting. This is too long to wait to be treatment at “urgent care”.
This review is for the Mt Prospect nch immediate care clinic on Rand Rd. I had an excellent experience there and received great care and service from nurse Luz and Dr Perez! Caring and competent. Thank you!!
Really poor service at the front desk, no matter what they tell you it’s never the truth. Why can companies provide better service, and you are in the medical profession. Very disappointing.
