This immediate care was absolutely wonderful. Facility was very clean and comfortable. Hardly any wait to be seen. The nurse was awesome and quite funny. The doctor was equally as awesome. Highly recommend the Wolf Rd location!
Very professional people..
**BILLING FRAUD AT THIS IMMEDIATE CARE FACILITY** Major fraud happening at this location! This immediate care facility stated "in-network" so we paid $60 co-pay as per our insurance agreement upfront at the desk only to receive another $60 co-pay 1 month later because they sent lab work to a different provider who is apparently "out of network" and didn't inform us of this beforehand. Walked in for poison ivy, was in there for less then 10 minutes, no tests done, just wrote me a prescription and sent me on my way. When I got the bill later that somehow costed $204, and when I called to ask for clarification on why it was that high, the customer service lady just said “physician fee” and hung up. Very rude and ridiculous prices.
