Don’t go here!!! You will wait about an 1hr or 2 for them to check on you! I came early as a walk in then they accommodate first the patient that needs a physical that’s not even an emergency!!! This is ridiculous!! Staff are not even friendly!
I would give them 0 stars if I could. We have used this immediate care for years. Except for wait times, no major issues. A few months ago, I went in 45 minutes before the posted time online and I was told they couldn't take me. I went today for an injury. No doctors because of a "capacity" issue. Ever since they became Endeavor the level of care and customer service has plummeted. We are definitely moving away from Endeavor as soon as we can!
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hospital. I came here two days in a row with a head injury, and absolutely nothing was done to help me. On the first day, I waited over 4 hours just to get a head scan, and no one seemed to care. I came back the next day, hoping things would be different, but it was exactly the same.
