If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I am very familiar with healthcare whether it’s an ER or Urgent Care all across the US due to a life threatening disease. From the receptionist Colleen, to Nurse Pam, to Dr Cox, a phenomenal experience. We were in Naples for the night and needed an ER but found this Urgent Care instead. I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent visit with my child to NCH Immediate Care on Vanderbilt Beach Rd was the kind of experience that stays with you—in the best possible way. From my very first interaction with the staff, by phone, I felt truly cared for. Zoey was incredibly proactive—not only helping get us scheduled, but also taking care of every detail, even those that needed to be handled at another facility. The NCH Urgent Care at Vanderbilt is FANTASTIC!!! You can setup an appointment online, and they will let you know when it's time for you to go to their facility. I didn't have to sit in a crowded waiting room for hours. When I got the call to go to the facility, I was there and only waited a few minutes before being called back to see the doctor. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all extremely caring and thorough. You have an excellent office!!!
Horribly expensive! Beware they Over prescribed medicine, not covered by my insurance. Basic visit charges are super high. Use another urgent care.
This is the worse immediate care NCH has. The front desk is very unhelpful and not concerned.
